Ayurvedic kidney disease treatment, Anuria | Dr. Punnet Dhawan

All you should know about Anuria?

Anuria is a medical condition in which a person’s body does not excrete a significant amount of urine per day. During anuria, you may pass less than 100 milliliters of urine in 24-hours. It requires immediate medical intervention.

Anuria or enuresis occurs when the kidney’s ability to produce a sufficient amount of urine degrades. At first, it is the low urine output (called oliguria), which then progresses to anuria. Karma Ayurveda Kidney Treatment Reviews

A significant amount of urine is important to be excreted out to help remove excess fluids and waste from the body. The kidneys produce 1 and 2 quarts of urine each day and excrete substances not needed along with the urine. A decreased urination may worsen the health condition due to the waste buildup within the bloodstream. Anuria is linked to the risk of acute or chronic kidney disease. If you are experiencing the symptoms of low urine output even if you are consuming a sufficient amount of fluid, you may need to see a doctor. Ayurvedic kidney disease treatment is usually given to the patients whose kidneys are not working well.

What are the causes of Anuria?

Anuria is caused by the conditions that alter the kidney function in one way or the other. Such conditions may include:

Low blood pressure. This may be due to excessive dehydration, vomiting, diarrhea, infection that decreases blood supply to the kidneys triggering anuria and acute kidney injury. Low blood pressure is also caused by excessive blood loss.  Karma Ayurveda Complaints, Feedback

Diabetes: Uncontrolled diabetes leads to diabetic ketoacidosis. It is one of the causes of acute kidney failure that may lead to anuria. Further, diabetes is often the cause of diabetic nephropathy that may lead to changes in urination.

Advanced Kidney failure or End-stage kidney disease: In the last stage of CKD, the kidney's core function to produce urine completely fails, and they are not able to generate enough of the urine.

Kidney stones. Hard deposits of minerals that are formed due to concentrated urine that crystalizes the minerals into stone form are called kidney stones. Kidney stones look like an actual stone that obstructs the urine flow.

Tumors of kidneys: Tumors in the kidneys may impair kidney function and block the urinary tract causing low urine output or anuria

What are the symptoms of Anuria?

Anuria is a result of conditions that result in impaired kidney function. The signs of Anuria are often related to acute or chronic kidney disease and may correspond to:

Swollen foot and ankle: This symptom may appear due to fluid retention in patients with kidney disease. karma ayurveda fake treatment fraud

Painful urination: Passing too little urine or seeing blood spots in the urine, painful urination, and the inability of the bladder to empty itself are some of the signs

Generalized weakness: Due to low blood count.

Decreased appetite: Waste buildup due to faulty blood filtration process may often contribute to poor appetite.

Anemia. The inability to fill appetite may result in low blood count over time that causes anemia

Diagnosis:

Urine tests to know how well the kidneys are eliminating or excreting the waste.

Blood tests to know the level of electrolyte and waste compound in the blood, such as blood Urea/Creatinine

Ultrasound to assess kidney, ureters, bladder, and prostate

CT scan / MRI tests

Renal scintigraphy may be required in some cases to assess kidney function

Kidney biopsy using a sample of kidney tissue

The treatment of anuria may include ayurvedic kidney treatment along with dialysis. Dialysis is not a cure for falling health of the kidneys, so you will need ayurvedic treatment along with to make sure your kidneys remain healthy and revived.
